On-model coverage is limited to Black and Navy because those are the only two colors in this set with fixed-photo on-model templates available in the mockup bundle's "dark" cohort (per create-listing/tools/make_mockups.py's template-color map). This mirrors the brief's own split of the design into light-ground colors (where the cream art panel blends into the shirt) and dark-ground colors (where the panel's dark interior does the work). **MULTI-INK FIX (2026-07-12):** the original push used ONE print file (design.png, near-black text) for all 5 colors, so "OUTNUMBERED" was invisible on Navy/Black. This is a two-ink design: dark-ink text for light shirts (Natural/White/Sand) + a new light cream-ink text twin for dark shirts (Navy/Black), same hen-panel artwork and identical text position/scale in both — see `## INK GROUPS` below. The light-ink text color (RGB 251,238,196 / `#FBEEC3`) was sampled directly from the hen-panel artwork's own daisy/background cream tone for brand consistency, and applied via an alpha-preserving recolor (original alpha channel untouched, so anti-aliased edges still blend correctly). Navy/Black mockups (flat-lays #8/#10, on-models #2/#9), the color-grid (#6), and the listing video were all rebuilt against the light-ink print file; Natural/White/Sand images (#1/#3/#7) and the PoP/size-chart (#4/#5) are untouched (still correct — dark ink reads fine on light shirts).
