In both ink groups the goose's body stays a solid opaque white fill and the beak/feet stay orange, so the goose itself looks identical on every color — only the outline, height-marker lines, and "SILLY & DANGEROUS" caption switch ink color. On the light-ink files, the placard's border and "SILLY GOOSE" text were deliberately kept charcoal (not swapped to cream) rather than following the brief's ink-swap instruction to the letter — see the note under INK GROUPS below for why. The only yellow-family bundle colors are "Gold" (`#FCA311`, a much more saturated amber/orange) and "Old Gold" — a test render on Gold looked visibly more orange than true Daisy, unlike the earlier Carolina Blue → Columbia Blue substitution (verified near-identical), so using it here would misrepresent the actual shirt color to a buyer. Daisy is still declared as a purchasable Gelato color and included in `design-dark-ink.png`'s print file group; it just isn't shown in the images/video. Doing that literally made "SILLY GOOSE" on the placard nearly unreadable on dark shirts — the placard's own face is unpainted (it shows the goose's white body fill through it in both ink groups), so cream text on a white/cream face is very low contrast, while the surrounding cream height-lines/caption read fine against the dark garment. The light-ink file was built by recoloring the composed dark-ink print file programmatically (see final report), and it deliberately keeps the placard's border + "SILLY GOOSE" text charcoal (dark-on-white, same as the dark-ink file) so the joke's punchline stays legible on Black/Navy/Military Green, while the goose's outer outline, the three height-marker lines, and "SILLY & DANGEROUS" all correctly become cream so they show up against the dark fabric.
